Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Fee is Non-Refundable

The registration fee of ₹750 paid for the Star League of India T-10 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• change of mind

• inability to attend trials

• personal issues or emergencies

• travel problems

• selection not happening

Once the payment is made and registration is completed, no request for refund or cancellation will be accepted.

2. Trial Attendance

Players who fail to attend trials for any reason will not be eligible for any refund or transfer of registration.

3. Incorrect Information

If a player provides incorrect or misleading details during registration, SLI T-10 reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund.

4. League or Trial Changes

In case of changes to dates, timings, or trial locations due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, ground issues, or administrative reasons), the registration will remain valid.
No refund will be provided for rescheduling.

5. Duplicate Payments

In case a player accidentally makes duplicate payments, they must submit valid proof (transaction ID, screenshot).
After verification, only the extra amount will be refunded.

6. Mode of Refund (if applicable)

In rare or exceptional approved cases (e.g., duplicate payments), the refund will be credited to the same payment method within 7–10 working days.
